Introduction:

The machine is developed for grinding excircle, inner hole and axial end surface. It can be used in production in batches and different industry for machine process, keeping high precision, high rigidity, high efficiency, easy operation in grinding, and it has advanced structure, beautiful shape.

Featurers:

The longitudinal traverse of worktable has hydraulic pressure and manual handle, Grinding Carriage and lathe-hedd can rotate, the grinding wheel can be rotated 180 degree for grinding inner bore, cylindrical grinding wheel adopts 400*40*203, which is able to improve efficiency of grinding and endurable limit of grinding wheel. The lathe-hedd can be turned, grinding wheel realizes minim feed, and hydraulic system adopts part of import gear pump, keeping stabilization in oil feed, low noise, to-and-fro of worktable hydraulic, supplying with dithering device to carry out frequent exchange function of small space so that it improves the surface quality of cut-in grinding workpiece.
